Karin Marrs Rettger, MBA,President and founder of PRG, has over 25 years of experience advising clients on employee benefit issues. Her expertise working with non-profit organizations has given her considerable insight into designing plans for employers with special needs and budgetary constraints. Karin has worked with more than 100 groups and is able to offer proactive solutions and knowledge beyond most brokers.
Karin is a Director of the PSCA (Plan Sponsor Council of America). She is also a member of ASPPA, The National Tax Sheltered Annuity Association (NTSAA), and the Financial Planning Association. Ms. Rettger co-founded West Suburban WEB, an educational association for employee benefit professionals, and has served as chapter president and national vice president.
